Overview of 3D waterjet cutting systems, with multi-cutting heads up to +/- 90° cutting angle, powerful, precise technology, moves up to 200% faster in the axes, working speed up to 130% faster than conventional cutting systems, Z-axis up to max. 720 mm,

The universal ones - 5-axis and U-axis

With these cutting systems you can carry out machining in 5 axes. Z-axis for height, X-axis and Y-axis for width or length. Furthermore, thanks to a 5-axis cutting head, also cutting operations at various angles. The cutting heads can have +/- 10 degrees, +/- 45 degrees or +/- 60 degrees. The angle can be adjusted individually via the Härtel P 886 control.

The cutting quality of the P 886 control ranges from very coarse to very fine.

3D cutting head +/- 10 degrees

This 3D cutting head with +/- 10° eliminates errors caused by the energy drop of the beam. In this way we enable vertical cuts and at the same time increase the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece. Only suitable for surface cutting applications, the function is guaranteed by additional 3D mechanics. The CNC table system is controlled according to the material and technology database. It allows tilting of the rotary axes by +/- 10°. This function is fully controlled by the CNC table system, does not require any special 3D CAD-CAM

45 degrees, cutting head, water jet cutting,

Our 3D cutting head with +/- 45° fulfills all the functions of a standard cutting head system. Designed with less precision and positioning dynamics, for 3D cuts from sheet semi-finished products. This mechanism allows the axis of rotation to be tilted by +/- 45° The 3D mode requires a 3D CAD CAM generated program (IGEMS module Bevel Cutting)

3D cutting head +/- 60 degrees

This 3D cutting head, with +/- 60°, can also be used for 2D taper compensation as well as 3D cutting. The 2D and 3D properties are the same as our other versions. It also offers new functions. Its mechanics allow the rotation axis to be tilted by up to +/- 60°. Unique safety system that monitors and analyzes the cutting head and the position of the beam within the working area using sensors. Risks for operators or damage to the machine are thus eliminated

The turning range +/- 720° enables the realization of cut-outs. At the same time, it increases the shape accuracy of the product. In 3D mode, it is used to create 3D cutouts from sheet semi-finished products or three-dimensional objects of a suitable shape. The mechanism allows the A-axis to be tilted by up to +/- 90°. Positive effect on system accuracy and stability over time Use on Extreme 5 or tables with raised Y-axes.
